Rental Conditions

Rates include

Camper rental, RCA insurance, green card, Kasko insurance, 24/7 roadside assistance valid throughout Europe, 22% VAT.

Rates do not include

Fuel, lubricant, AdBlue additive, gas cylinders, toilet tablets, linen, tableware, cookware, kilometers exceeding those indicated in the rental contract (cost of excess kilometers €0.30/km).

Mandatory requirements

Fixed departure fee €80.00 including: 220v power cable, water filling hose, wedges, gas cylinders, toilet tablets, toilet paper, full fresh water tank, full AdBlue.

Optional supplements

Outdoor kit €40.00 (table, 4 chairs, and mat), Kasko deductible cancellation €220.00.

Deposit

€1000.00 to be deposited by check or bank transfer refunded within 15 days after return or credit card pre-authorization refunded within 30 days.

Minimum rental period

14 nights in high season, 6 nights at Easter, 7 nights during Christmas and New Year.

Periods including holidays, Easter, April 25, May 1, June 2, All Saints, Immaculate Conception, Oktoberfest, Christmas, and New Year will be considered special packages with dedicated prices.

Weekend

The weekend rate is valid from 9:00 AM on Friday to 11:00 AM on the following Monday. For long weekends with pickup on Thursday evening after 4:30 PM, the cost is €80.00; for return on Monday by 6:00 PM, the cost is €60.00.

Weekend rentals in June and July can be booked the week before departure.

Payment conditions

Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit equal to 40% of the total rental amount must be paid; if this payment is not made, the reservation cannot be considered confirmed.

The balance is due 7 days before departure in low season, 15 days before in mid-season, and 30 days before in high season. If not, the reservation will be canceled with the loss of the deposit.

Payment for excess kilometers or any damages to the vehicle will be made upon return.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation of a confirmed rental, if it occurs 30 days before the start of the rental, the penalty is zero in low season, 50% in mid-season, and 100% in high season. If the cancellation occurs after the 30th day, the penalty amounts to the total paid regardless of the season.

No refund is due for unused rental periods if the customer, for personal reasons, starts late or ends the confirmed rental early.

Camper delivery and pickup

Delivery can take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM on all weekdays, unless otherwise indicated in the rental contract.

Both at pickup and return, vehicle inspections must be carried out by signing appropriate reports. The vehicle must be returned clean inside, with empty black and gray water tanks.

If return instructions are not followed, the customer will be charged €150.00 as a penalty.

Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicles.

Included insurance

RCA circulation insurance with a maximum coverage of €50,000,000.00 for damage to property and people.

Total theft and fire for the value of the vehicle with a deductible equal to 10%, minus the paid deductible, provided the vehicle was left locked, without keys and related documents.

Total Kasko (collision, impact, and overturning due to circulation) with a deductible of €1,000.00 per rental. Driver injury insured with the following maximums: €60,000.00 for death and permanent disability. 24/7 roadside assistance service throughout Europe.

Vehicles are not covered by insurance for partial thefts both inside and outside the vehicle, and Noleggio Camper Besana in Brianza Srl declines any responsibility in case of partial theft both inside and outside the vehicle.

Driver's age

A minimum age of 24 years and a valid category B driving license obtained at least 3 years ago are required. A second driver is allowed in addition to the contract holder.
