Rental rates include VAT, third-party liability insurance (RCA), theft and fire coverage, Green Card, global assistance subscription, KASKO insurance with a € 1000 deductible, and 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Europe.
At the time of departure, a security deposit of € 1000,00 will be required. This can be provided via check, bank transfer, or credit card, and will be refunded within 30 days after the return.
The vehicles are not covered by insurance for partial thefts, and Noleggio Camper Besana Brianza S.r.l. declines any responsibility in case of partial theft both inside and outside the vehicle.
The weekend starts on Friday at 9:00 AM and ends on Monday by 11:00 AM.
The minimum rental period for the "daily 300 km" rate is 7 days regardless of the period and season.
The rates do not include fuel, lubricant, liquid gas, chemical powders for WC, linen, dishes, cookware, sheets. Fixed departure fee: €80.00, which includes: 220v power cable, water filling hose, wedges, gas cylinders, toilet tablets, toilet paper, full fresh water tank, full AdBlue.
The minimum rental period is 3 days in low and mid-season, while 15 days in high season.
During the Easter period, the minimum rental is 6 days, and 7 days at Christmas and New Year.
The special high season days, namely April 25, May 1, All Saints, Immaculate Conception, and October Fest, are calculated with "offer packages."
